In a conflict between Centre and the Maharashtra government over Shramik special trains, migrants have been left stuck at Mumbai stations hoping to catch a train to get back to their villages. Maharashtra has accused the Centre of playing politics over the special trains while the railway minister said neither is Maharashtra cancelling trains nor is it taking proper care of migrants.
