Senior Tamil Nadu bureaucrat Dr J Radhakrishnan, tasked to flatten the COVID-19 curve in Chennai, is now being called as the "Mask Man of Chennai".
The top official is seen giving masks whenever he sees someone with an uncovered face, particularly in six clusters, largely urban slums where at least 15% of the population doesn't wear masks.
