Mumbai's Shanghai dream is getting engulfed in a fresh controversy. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) wants buildings in Marine Drive to paint their exteriors, repair all cracks and broken compound walls, conceal their air conditioners and even remove all visible clotheslines.
