Normal life on Wednesday resumed in Srinagar and other places in the Kashmir valley as protests ceased with the state government revoking the controversial order on forestland transfer to Amarnath shrine board. After 10 days of violence, people thronged shops, government offices and business establishments resumed work and educational institutions reopened in this city and other major towns.
