Meena Khatoon, an acid attack survivor, says nothing has changed for women's safety even after 10 years of the Nirbhaya case. She says that even though a series of laws were introduced, they are hardly implemented. Nirbhaya and her partner had gone for a movie on December 16, 2012 - 10 years ago on the night when the horrific rape and murder happened.
