Former Bihar chief minister Lalu Yadav has been sentenced to five years in jail today in the third fodder scam case. Mr Yadav and his longtime aide, Jagannath Mishra, were convicted earlier in the day. The RJD chief is already serving a jail term in the second fodder scam case. Verdicts in two other cases are expected over the next few months.
