Ladakh gets water from artificial glacier

The temperature in Ladakh dips to -30 degrees during winter, it gets only 50 mm of rain every year and suffers severe water crisis. For farming they depend on waters from glacier. But these glaciers are fast disappearing due to climate change.A problem Chewang Norphel a retired civil engineer has been trying to solve this problem.
