The Kerala government has written to the Union Home Ministry to provide trains to transport its 3.7 lakh migrant workers. The state has workers from Assam, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh and seven other states. Kerala's Labour Commissioner Pranab Jyotinath speaks to NDTV.
