The extent of devastation to homes is beginning to unfold in flood-ravaged Kerala as many of the thousands of displaced are returning. NDTV accompanied the family of Suresh John Pereppadan as they went back to their home at Meloor in Thrissur's Chalakkudi. The family found their lifetime belongings completely ruined. They say they require help to rebuild their life.
