The BJP kicked off its Jan Aashirwad Yatra across the country on Monday. In West Bengal, four ministers of state launched the rally but under a different banner -- Shahid Samman Yatra. They were stopped at several places due to Covid protocols. Union Minister Shantanu Thakur said he, along with other party members, was arrested at airport police station and the Yatra was stopped.
