Jammu is in the shadow of militancy yet again, with two massacres in as many days. And the militants once again chose to target a remote area, which is miles away from even a security post. On Sunday night, a group of heavily armed militants suspected to be LeT operatives, rounded up 30 people from Kalhan village, lined them up and started firing.
