While the salaries of fresh management graduates are defying gravity, the management institutes are having tough time dealing with envious mates. Indian School of Business in Hyderabad recently decided not to reveal the highest salary packet of class 2008. But then there are those among them who have willfully rejected the offers and are not complaining.
