Indian Army personnel rescued 30 civilians who got trapped after the water level increased in the Poonch river in Jammu and Kashmir. The incident occurred on July 29.  Due to heavy rains in the hilly areas, people have also been advised to stay indoors and beware of slides and slips on the road. (Video credit: ANI)
