Amid light showers, people held national flags as they waited to get a glimpse of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Joint Base Andrews in Washington DC on September 23 (IST). PM Modi is on a three-day visit to US. He will be attending the first in-person Quad Leaders' Summit.
