India opens temporary consulate in Lahore

India has opened up a temporary consulate at a hotel in Lahore to help speed up the visa process for relatives of those killed or injured in the blasts on the Samjhauta Express. The consulate runs 24 hours and grants visas within an hour to those families whose loved ones were harmed by the fire that took over 66 lives.
