At the end of the Mountain Echoes Literature Festival in Bhutan's Thimphu, an initiative of the India-Bhutan Foundation in association with Siyahi, Her Majesty the Royal Queen Mother Ashi Dorji Wangmo Wangchuk shared her thoughts with NDTV on the role of the festival in deepening ties between the two countries and Bhutan's commitment to protecting the environment. "In the 10 years (of the festival), there are countless of friendships that have been formed between the Bhutanese people and our Indian friends," she said.
