The police have claimed that the Telangana caste killing case has been cracked. The killer of the 23-year-old engineer, from Telangana's Nalgonda, has been arrested from Bihar the police told NDTV. The gang from Bihar was hired by a group in Nalgonda, allegedly with ISI links, said the Bihar police. The police have arrested seven accused in connection with the murder.
