Amid heavy criticism for not being able to control stubble burning, the state governments in Punjab and Haryana have directed its officers to curb the practice. In Punjab, officials have been ordered to conduct field visits and tell farmers to not burn stubble. NDTV caught up with one such team to see if farmers are cooperating with the officials or it's just a damage control exercise.
