As PM Narendra Modi inaugurated the Kollam bypass in Kerala on Tuesday, he highlighted the achievements of the government in last four years. "Four years back, did anyone think that India could be the fastest growing economy?" he asked. "In four years, we have made the transition from being one of the fragile five nations to the fastest growing large economy," he added.
