Gurgaon has become notorious for its rowdy pub culture. On weekends, bars stay open hours after they're meant to shut down. And the most dangerous of all is drunk driving which many pub-goers openly admit to risking. And they say the police never bother to check them. Bars serve them even when it's clear they've had more than they can handle and the concept of a designated driver is still foreign.
