Amra Ram Gujjar has made his community proud. The Rajasthan Police sub inspector, who passed the civil service exams after three attempts, now hopes to join the IAS, wherein, he has been ranked 140th. His community - the Gujjars - have been agitating for Scheduled Tribe status for the past 13 days and Amra Ram agrees that it would have been easier for him had he been able to sit for the exams under the tribal quota.
