Uttar Pradesh Health Minister Jai Pratap Singh, who is self-isolation over fear of infection by the novel coronavirus after attending a birthday party in Lucknow on Sunday, told NDTV today that all efforts were being made to identify those who had been in contact with singer Kanika Kapoor.
