With Parliament's monsoon session approaching, questions are being asked again about the fate of the GST Bill, which aims to bring the country under a unified tax regime. Union minister Arun Jaitley recently expressed relief at the broad consensus of the states over the Bill. Number-wise, the situation has also marginally improved for the government in Rajya Sabha.
