A young lawyer from Finland has been visiting India to understand the situation for the disabled in the country. Twenty seven-year-old Riku Virtanen cannot see or hear, but with support from the state he has become a lawyer working in the field of human rights. His case highlights just what can be achieved when people are given the opportunity.
