The Indian Army doesn't only guard the Indian-China border along Tawang, it also helps run two schools where orphans, disabled and children with special needs live and study - over 400 little boys and girls who have nowhere to go to stay. They come not only from Tawang but also from far flung areas like West and East Kameng District.
