A week after the riots that left 3 dead in Bengaluru, the number of those arrested has crossed 300. The Karnataka government says the Social Democratic Party of India used political discontent in the area to plan the violence. The ruling BJP also says problems within the Congress fed into the violence in which the house of a Congress MLA was also a target. Karnataka Home Minister Basavaraj Bommai told NDTV's Maya Sharma that no innocent person would be arrested - and that the Facebook post that triggered the violence was just a spark.
