Ruling out the possibility of another lockdown amid the coronavirus crisis, the Delhi government has said a third wave of COVID-19 in Delhi has peaked. While the weekly average certainly suggests so, today’s number of cases was a little over 3,200. The question is, are these low numbers an aberration because of low testing over Diwali, or does this now become a trend?
