Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced a week-long lockdown in the capital due to rising COVID-19 cases in the city. The lockdown started at 10 pm yesterday and will be on till 5 am next Monday. Delhi Police has been actively patrolling the streets for successful implementation of the new guidelines. The curfew has been implemented to break the chain of transmission. Essential services will be continued and weddings will be allowed with 50 people and a pass.
