Ram Singh, the man who was allegedly the leader of a group of six men, who brutally gang-raped a 23-year-old physiotherapy student on a moving bus in Delhi in December, was found hanging in his cell in Tihar Jail. While jail officials say he committed suicide, his family alleges he was murdered.
