Uttarakhand reported 5.98 per cent Covid positivity rate in the last week. Four hill districts, including Pauri, Chamoli, Almora and Pithoragarh, however, have positivity above 10 per cent. With Pauri and Garhwal districts among the worst-hit with 10.54 per cent of positivity, Covid cases are rising in the hills and people are struggling with healthcare facilities.
