Karnataka has been witnessing a reduction in the daily Covid cases. The 24-hour figure are 1,000 cases or less, a big reduction from the terrible peak of the second wave. Does it mean that people will become complacent ahead of a third wave which is expected sooner rather than later. Dr K Sudhakar, the Karnataka Health Minister, has said there was complacency after first wave and no large political, religious gatherings are going to be permitted any longer.
