Bhim Sain Bassi, who took over as the chief of the Delhi Police today, said that he was confident of arresting underworld don Dawood Ibrahim and his aide Chhota Shakeel. "The full facts are not known to me since I was looking after the administration. Apprehension is always a better option. But this is not the first time that a person who has been chargesheeted has not been arrested yet. There is a process in such matters. And it will be followed," he said, while speaking to NDTV.
