Chief Minister of West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee, joined the #AllForBengal telethon, an initiative to help the people of West Bengal recover from the damages caused by recent Cyclone Amphan. On May 20, Cyclone Amphan tore through West Bengal affecting almost 6 crore people. The CM Banerjee spoke at length about the scope and scale of damages and how the state government plans on recovering from it. The CM also appealed to the people to help West Bengal in rebuilding the state.
