The seventh edition of the three-day Pravasi Bharatiya Divas, the annual convention of non-resident Indians, is set to begin amidst tight security. The Nandambakkam Convention Centre has been brought under a tight security blanket since last week following an e-mail terror threat sent to CII purportedly by Indian Mujahideen.
