In a hit-and-run caught on CCTV camera, a speeding Wagon R hit two children in Thane near Mumbai on Saturday afternoon. The children were rushed to the hospital. Six-year-old Jiya Kotak is in a critical condition and Parth Kotak, 8, has multiple fractures.
