The Goa police is under pressure from the family of 15-year-old Scarlett, a British girl who was found dead in Goa to restart investigation. Her mother accuses local police of "covering up" her rape and murder. Scarlett's half naked body was found on Anjuna Beach, a favourite hippy and backpacker haunt in Goa on February 18, the local police declared that she had drowned accidentally.
