In a hit-and-run that's eerily similar to the 1999 BMW case, a young driver of a BMW car that did not belong to him lost control and caused a terrible road accident in Delhi. It's an indication that in spite of the 9 years that have passed and the strict sentence given to Sanjeev Nanda on the Capital's roads very little has changed.
