Blast near state secretariat in Guwahati, two injured

A blast has been reported near the state secretariat in Guwahati. Three people have been injured in the blast that took place in the Ganesh Gudi area of the city. Reports so far suggest it was a low intensity grenade blast. No confirmation yet on who was behind the blast.
