Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated several infrastructure projects worth over Rs. 2,100 crore in Rajasthan today. The prime minister, who is on a day's visit to the state capital, will seek feedback from around 2.5 lakh beneficiaries of various central and state-run public welfare schemes under 'Pradhan Mantri Jansanwad' programme. The prime minister's visit is said to be a precursor to the BJP's official campaign for the Rajasthan Assembly election slated to take place later this year.
