Maharashtra's Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) is considering pressing charges under the stringent MCOCA against all the nine accused in the Malegaon blast case, including Lt. Colonel Shrikant Prasad Purohit and Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, prosecution sources said on Sunday.
