The youth Congress of Assam has brought serious allegations against Assam Police of evading response on RTI queries related to alleged fake encounters in the state in past one year. Opposition parties have time and again raised serious allegations of fake encounters even since the Himanta Biswa Sarma regime took charge. Now youth Congress has alleged that one of their members have done RTI queries in all districts of Assam but only 18 districts replied back with data on police encounters. NDTV's Ratnadip Choudhury spoke to Assam youth Congress chief Angkita Dutta.
