An Al Qaeda terrorist has been arrested from Haryana's Mewat, police sources have told NDTV. Abdul Sami is a member of Al Qaeda in Indian Subcontinent or AQIS -- the wing opened by the dreaded terror outfit last year. He was caught by the Delhi Police Special Cell and has been remanded in police custody till February 1.
