In 2004, Renu's tenant threw acid on her face. Her crime was that she turned down his marriage proposal and now the news of a similar attack on two students in Hyderabad has left her traumatised. "I just want my eyes back so that I can be self dependent, if I don't get my eyes back, I'll die," said Renu Sharma, victim of acid attack.
