A cashier and a guard at Delhi's Badarpur toll plaza were shot in broad day light by four men today. Four people, who reportedly stay near the toll plaza and were preparing for the police services exam, in a robbery attempt shot Cashier, Mahipal and guard Mohan around 8.30 in the morning and fled with a bag.
