Director of AIIMS Dr Randeep Guleria explains that lockdowns are necessary to control the spread of the disease in the absence of a drug. Dr Guleria also says that community spread in lockdown areas cannot be ruled out. Dr. Guleria also explains how the infection spreads indoors since it stays suspended in the air for up to 3 hours.
