In 27 days, India will be voting for its next government, and if there is one chunk of voters who hold the largest influence it's young voters and first-time voters. An estimated 15 million voters only between 18-19 years are eligible to vote in May. That's about twice the population of France. No wonder then, all political parties are doing their bit woo them.
