The Supreme Court may have refused to get into it, and the BJP may say the Rafale chapter is closed, but new questions are still coming up on the jet deal with France, and whether India paid the right price. A report by 'The Hindu' says that India did end up paying more for the Rafale jets from France under PM Modi than the price negotiated by the UPA.
