"It's the weakness of the Russian defences. The Ukrainians saw a lot of folks withdrawing from their lines, collapsing as (the Ukrainians) advanced. We've seen a collapse of Russian forces and personnel," said Jack Detsch, national security reporter for the Foreign Policy Magazine.
