The results of the second sero survey in Tamil Nadu's Chennai revealed that nearly one-third of the city's population has been exposed to the coronavirus while there is an overall positivity rate of 32.3 per cent. Dr Mohamed Rela, surgeon and chairman of Rela Institute and Medical Centre in Chennai, said this is a great news for the city.
