"There have been lapses in the investigation into the massacre. Things are moving but they are moving slow. I agree that Morbi civic body has not been taken to task. I think now it will gain pace," said Alok Vats, BJP leader, when asked about the sluggish pace of the investigation into the Morbi tragedy.
